JUAN GOMEZ-NOVY,  CITY PLANNING AND URBAN DESIGN

Juan Gomez-Novy has 20+ years of experience in architecture, urban planning, and form-based coding with private and municipal clients, working on town centers, commercial corridors, and form-based codes. Juan has prepared and developed specific plans at the neighborhood level and for TOD-related projects, completed architectural review for new structures, and updated development codes for several cities.  Juan received his Master of Architecture and Urban Design from UCLA and his Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Berkeley. He has presented at forums sponsored by the Congress for New Urbanism, California APA Chapter, and the California Preservation Foundation and has received the LEED AP Certification.
