ROSEMARY LACKOW, CITY PLANNING
Rosemary Lackow has 30+ years of experience in city planning with the cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Rolling Hills Estates and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments. She has been responsible for both current and advance planning projects, subdivisions, telecommunications, and related environmental documentation, and more recently, in local policy regarding global warming initiatives with the South Bay Cities Council of Governments. She is known for being able to “see the big picture” and integrate varied disciplines into the overall urban planning framework. This practical knowledge and professional working experience has enabled Rosemary to adeptly navigate, and manage development projects, amend policy documents and formulate zoning codes.
