JACK L. WONG,  FOUNDER & CEO 

Jack has over forty years of professional experience in municipal government, with extensive experience in the following areas: economic development, city planning, community development and redevelopment, housing, CDBG/HOME, city administration and management, public policy, and grant writing. 

Jack served as a Board Member of the League of California Cities and is an invited speaker at conferences of the League of California Cities, the California Redevelopment Association, the Urban Land Institute, the American Planning Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Jack was also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Policy, Planning & Development at the University of Southern California. Jack received his Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
